RendezVous Urban Flats
RendezVous Urban Flats is a six-story 121,000 square foot building with 104 market-rate apartments that are either one or two bedrooms ranging from 660 to 1,110 square feet with 4,200 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project is also incorporating a ground-level plaza with amenities such as Ben’s Bells salvaged art, water features, barbecue and more. Aerie Development was the developer of this mixed-use building and The Davis Experience was the designer and architect.
