PACE is an integrated turnkey project that brings the Katerra Building Platform vision to life. Built on the Katerra second generation garden platform design, PACE was designed for manufacturing and assembly, helping to maximize speed and reduce costs, while maintaining the ability to configure the final product for the specific design needs of the project. Located in Spring Valley, Nevada, just two miles west of the Las Vegas strip, the eight-acre apartment complex is located in a populated suburb of the city. This diverse neighborhood is growing quickly and is home to retail stores, banks, dentists, veterinary care, grocery stores, and elementary schools.
PACE is nestled between two national parks and a national conservation area, and many of 192 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment units were situated to enjoy incredible views of red sandstone mountains of Red Rock National Park. Young couples and small families appreciate the central location and ample parking, as well as a clubroom where residents can pick up their mail and utilize a spacious gym.
