One Camelback is an adaptive reuse highrise project that will transform an existing commercial office building for multi-family residential use. Each of the team’s design decisions was based on the inherent value of the building’s original 1983 design, which will result in a truly unique project. One highlight is the massive atrium that remains a stunning differentiator for a residential building. Upon completion, the renovated building will consist of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, along with features such as a rooftop pool, yoga lawn deck, lounge-style clubhouse, and electric car-charging stations.
