
Oliver Station
Oliver Station consists of two new residential buildings situated above retail/commercial tenant spaces. The mixed-use development replaces the former New Copper Penny bar and a gas station, providing 126 units of affordable housing and 19 market-rate apartments. The ground floor includes a total of 31,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Targeting LEED Platinum certification, the development has plans for on-site water management, drought-tolerant landscaping, low flow water fixtures, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, and extensive rooftop solar arrays to power the building’s common areas.
