Pamela Corrie serves as an independent director on the Katerra Board, advising senior management on strategic vision, market dynamics, and operational improvements.
Pamela is a business leader and restructuring attorney with over 25 years of experience, enabling her to assist companies in assessing integrated business, legal, and financial issues. She has significant experience helping companies to increase profitability while facing challenges associated with organizational and capital structures, as well as market changes.
Pamela currently serves as a managing director at Carl Marks Advisors. She also has served as an independent board member on both privately held and publicly traded companies, including Pier 1 Imports, Lord & Taylor, YouFit Health Clubs, Temple Steel Company, Sustainable Restaurant Group, and Tristrata Group.
Her previous professional experience includes serving as Chief Restructuring Officer of ABC Carpet and Home, Managing Director/CEO of Epiq Systems, and General Counsel and chief legal advisor to the Risk organization at General Electric Capital Corporation, Americas Division.
A member of the bars of New York, California, and Connecticut, Pamela has received a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the UCLA School of Law.
